Crystal Palace's Thomas Ince not affected by boos from Swansea City fans

Crystal Palace's Thomas Ince insists that he is not affected by the boos that were aimed his way by Swansea City fans during Sunday's draw.

Crystal Palace's on-loan midfielder Thomas Ince has insisted that he has brushed off the boos that he received from Swansea City fans on Sunday.

The England Under-21 international was jeered during the 1-1 draw at the Liberty Stadium yesterday after stating before the game that the Swans would not be able to handle Palace's attack.

Ince also turned down the chance to sign for the Welsh outfit during the January transfer window in favour of a temporary move to Selhurst Park.

"I'm not the only person in football to receive a reception like that," the South Wales Evening Post quotes Ince as saying. "It happens every week. You've got to take it on the chin and as a footballer all you can do is concentrate on the game."

Ince, whose parent club is Blackpool, will remain on loan at Palace until the end of the season.
