Fernando Torres poised for Chelsea return against West Ham United?

Fernando Torres could reportedly return to the Chelsea team for tomorrow's clash against West Ham United following a stint on the sidelines with injury.

Chelsea striker Fernando Torres could reportedly be welcomed back into the fold for this weekend's Premier League encounter against West Ham United.

The Spaniard has been out of action for three weeks since suffering an injury before the Blues' 3-0 win over Schalke in the Champions League earlier this month.

However, the 29-year-old returned to training on Thursday and could be in contention to feature in Jose Mourinho's team on Saturday, according to ITV Sport.

Chelsea have failed to win in their last two Premier League outings.
