Petr Cech hails Chelsea reaction

Petr Cech says that Chelsea reacted the right way to going behind against Tottenham Hotspur.

Chelsea goalkeeper Petr Cech has heaped praise on his teammates for their reaction in the win over Tottenham Hotspur on Saturday.

The Blues found themselves 2-1 down at White Hart Lane at one point in the game but stormed back to earn a 4-2 victory thanks to a brace from Juan Mata.

The win ensures that the European champions maintain their unbeaten start to the season, and Cech believes that his side took their chances.

"It was a great reaction from 2-1 down. We haven't won here for a long time and then you think here we go again but it was not the case, we knew how to get back into the game and in the end we scored some great goals," Cech told talkSPORT.

"There was a lot of transition between both teams, we had chances, they had some chances and in the end we put them in the back of the net."

Chelsea travel to face Shakhtar Dontesk in the Champions League on Tuesday night.
