Sports Mole takes an in-depth look at how Barcelona could line up for Wednesday's Champions League clash with Dynamo Kiev.

Barcelona will be forced into a defensive change for Wednesday's Champions League Group E clash with Dynamo Kiev at Camp Nou.

The Catalans lost Eric Garcia to two yellow cards in their 3-0 defeat against Benfica on matchday two, so Clement Lenglet should deputise alongside Gerard Pique for the suspended Spaniard.

Ronald Koeman is also set to remain without Pedri and Ronald Araujo through injury, but there is hope that Ousmane Dembele could make his comeback from surgery this week.

It would be a surprise to see the Dutchman shuffle the pack too much from their confidence-boosting win over Valencia on Sunday, with Sergi Roberto and Jordi Alba continuing in the full-back areas as Barca desperately search for their first win of the 2021-22 Champions League.

Pedri's fellow teenage protege Gavi has taken to the midfield with aplomb in the absence of his compatriot, and the 17-year-old should line up alongside Sergio Busquets and Frenkie de Jong once more.

Philippe Coutinho has staked his claim for a start after coming off the bench to net his side's third against Valencia, but Sergino Dest could continue in a more advanced role on the right, and Ansu Fati should be fine to go again on the left after coming off before the hour mark at the weekend.

Sergio Aguero also earned his first minutes for Barcelona as a late substitute against Valencia, but the Argentine is not ready to challenge Memphis Depay for a starting place just yet.

Barcelona possible starting lineup: Ter Stegen; Roberto, Pique, Lenglet, Alba; Gavi, Busquets, De Jong; Dest, Depay, Fati
