Arsenal and Tottenham Hotspur are reportedly among a number of Premier League clubs who are bidding to sign Barcelona defender Clement Lenglet.

Arsenal and Tottenham Hotspur have reportedly identified Barcelona defender Clement Lenglet as a potential summer signing.

Although the 26-year-old possesses a long-term contract at Camp Nou, he is only regarded as a bit-part player and is free to leave over the coming weeks.

The France international ended the campaign playing 90 minutes against Getafe and Villarreal, but his appearances came after Barcelona had already secured second spot in La Liga.

According to Sport, the Catalan giants are beginning to accept that a season-long loan exit may be the best solution for all parties.

Arsenal and Spurs seemingly head the race for Lenglet, while Newcastle United and Everton are admirers who could theoretically offer guaranteed first-team football.

Barcelona will want to facilitate an exit as soon as possible with Andreas Christensen and Franck Kessie having already agreed to move to Camp Nou.
