Arsenal, Chelsea, Liverpool and Tottenham Hotspur have reportedly all been contacted by the agent of PSV Eindhoven midfielder Ibrahim Sangare ahead of the summer transfer window.
The 25-year-old was heavily linked with a move away from PSV last year, with Manchester United among the clubs to be linked with his services, but he ultimately remained in Holland.
Sangare penned a new five-year deal with his Dutch club last August, but it is understood that there is a release clause of €37m (£32.6m) in the agreement.
According to 90min, PSV are prepared to let the midfielder leave in the upcoming transfer market, with a number of Premier League clubs being alerted.

The report claims that West Ham United view Sangare as a possible replacement for Declan Rice, but the Ivory Coast international is thought to want to join a club with Champions League football on offer.
The midfielder's agents are said to have been in touch with Arsenal, Chelsea, Liverpool and Tottenham to discuss a potential move to England in the upcoming market.
Sangare has again been in strong form for PSV during the current season, scoring seven goals and registering three assists in 37 appearances in all competitions.
The Dutch club's head coach Ruud van Nistelrooy recently backed the midfielder to "go to the top in England".

"Obviously he can handle [the Premier League]," Van Nistelrooy told Voetbal International. "I have challenged him because I think Ibrahim can go to the top in England. He would also be great in Italy or Spain.
"I see players in his position there now and I think Ibrahim is definitely going to take a shot at that level."
Sangare started his professional career at Toulouse, making 86 appearances for the French side in all competitions before moving to Eindhoven in the summer of 2020.
The midfielder has scored four goals and registered one assist in 23 Eredivisie appearances this term, while he has also managed two goals and one assist in 10 European outings.
