Arsenal team news: Injury, suspension list vs. Brighton & Hove Albion

Sports Mole rounds up Arsenal's latest injury and suspension news ahead of Thursday's Premier League showdown with Brighton & Hove Albion.

Arsenal welcome Brighton & Hove Albion to the Emirates Stadium on Thursday night in Freddie Ljungberg's second game as manager.

The Gunners had to come from behind twice to secure a point with struggling Norwich City on Saturday, a result that extended their current winless run to eight games in all competitions.

Graham Potter's Brighton, meanwhile, enter the game on the back of three consecutive league defeats.

Here, Sports Mole rounds up the latest injury and suspension news for the North Londoners ahead of this fixture.

Dani Ceballos

Status: Out
Type of injury: Thigh
Possible return date: December 21 (vs. Everton)

Ceballos picked up a thigh injury while on international duty with Spain and he is not expected to return to first team training until the middle of the month.

Rob Holding

Status: Major doubt
Type of injury: Knee
Possible return date: December 5 (vs. Brighton & Hove Albion)

Holding had only recently returned to the Arsenal side after spending nine months out when he suffered a minor knee injury. No risks are likely to be taken with his fitness, which could see him miss out again on Thursday.

Hector Bellerin

Status: Minor doubt
Type of injury: Hamstring
Possible return date: December 5 (vs. Brighton)

Bellerin has missed the last couple of games with a tight hamstring but he may be fit enough for a spot on the bench against Brighton.

ARSENAL'S SUSPENSION LIST

Arsenal have no players who are absent through suspension for Thursday's game.
