Andy Murray has insisted that winning the AEGON Championship at the Queen's Club has given him the "perfect" preparation for Wimbledon.
The Scotsman will head into the Grand Slam next week on the back of a 5-7 7-5 6-3 victory over Marin Cilic in the final of the tournament on Sunday.
"It's been really good," Murray told Sky Sports News. "[Nicolas] Mahut, my first match, was a tough one and then, obviously, the last two with [Jo-Wilfried] Tsonga and Cilic.
"They're very good grass court players. Cilic had won here last year and I played Tsonga in the semis at Wimbledon so two tough opponents. To get matches like that before Wimbledon is just perfect."
Murray pulled out of the French Open earlier this month due to a back injury.
