Harlequins scrum-half Danny Care has been dropped by the England squad for their forthcoming Six Nations campaign following his arrest for drink-driving.
The 25-year-old was caught driving under the influence on New Year's Eve, following an arrest three weeks ago for being drunk and disorderly.
Care, who was given a fixed-penalty fine for his previous arrest, has been axed by interim coach Stuart Lancaster.
The Harlequins player, who missed last year's World Cup with a toe injury, will face court on January 16 for drink-driving charges.
