Wolverhampton Wanderers are reportedly on the brink of signing AS Monaco winger Ivan Cavaleiro.
The Championship outfit have been linked with the Portuguese international since Fosun International completed a takeover of the club earlier this summer, and it now appears that a deal will be pushed through before Wednesday's deadline.
According to the Express & Star, agent Jorge Mendes was in Monaco on Sunday night to try to wrap up a deal for the 22-year-old, who would become the club's 12th signing of the summer.
Despite costing Monaco a fee of £13m last year, Cavaleiro has made just nine starts and eight substitute appearances in all competitions, scoring two goals.
Earlier on Tuesday, Wolves announced that they had signed Romain Saiss from Angers on a four-year deal.
