Team News: Troy Deeney spearheads Watford frontline

Troy Deeney leads the Watford attack against Barnsley in the absence of Mathias Ranegie and Fernando Forestieri.

Troy Deeney will lead the Watford attack against struggling Barnsley in the Championship this afternoon, with manager Giuseppe Sannino missing several key players.

Swedish forward Mathias Ranegie is absent through suspension, while fellow striker Fernando Forestieri is out with a toe injury.

Barnsley have also been hit by injury woes as midfielder Jim O'Brien recently learned that his season is over due to a knee injury.

Defenders Peter Ramage and Martin Cranie also miss out with hamstring problems.
