Bayer Leverkusen have invited offers for German midfielder Michael Ballack before the transfer deadline closes on Tuesday night.
The former Chelsea player is out of contract at the end of the season and both parties have decided against talks regarding an extension.
As a result, Leverkusen are welcoming any suitable bids for the 35-year-old.
"If a club report an interest in Michael Ballack, then we are also willing to talk about the issue," Leverkusen chief executive officer Wolfgang Holzhauser told Sky Sports News.
"But both Michael and this club are professional and we are all able to handle the next three months [if that doesn't happen]."
Ballack is currently in his second stint with Leverkusen.
