Swansea City striker Bafetimbi Gomis is on the verge of completing a season-long loan move to Marseille, according to reports.
The 30-year-old made a blistering start to the 2015-16 campaign with four goals in as many games, but he failed to maintain that level of performance, scoring just two more league goals all season.
The Frenchman fell down the pecking order under Francesco Guidolin, and Swansea coach Alan Curtis recently hinted that Gomis would be leaving the club this summer.
The Daily Mail now reports that Marseille are closing in on a loan move for the striker, who was left out of his side's 5-1 pre-season victory over Bristol Rovers on Saturday.
The report goes on to state that Leicester want to sign Leonardo Ulloa as a replacement for Gomis, but they have seen their opening bid of £7m rejected by Leicester City.
