Swansea's Leon Britton is excited at the prospect of European football at the Liberty Stadium next season.

Leon Britton has described Swansea City's progress through the English football league as "unbelievable".

The Swans could be playing in the Europa League next season with victory in the Capital One Cup this afternoon, having almost been relegated to the conference 10 years ago.

The midfielder, who was on loan at Swansea while they were in the fourth tier, told BBC Sport: "It's just crazy isn't it to think the Swans could be in Europe. It's unbelievable to see how far the club has come.

"We're talking about a major cup final here with a chance to reach Europe, I've seen a lot of progression in the club for the past 10 years.

"I know we hark back, but 10 years ago who would have thought we could qualify for Europe by winning a major honour? It would be an unbelievable experience for everyone to get to Europe, but obviously there's 90 minutes of football to be played yet."

Swansea face League Two side Bradford City in the final at Wembley later today.
