Sunderland required to pay more than £10m to sign Liverpool's Fabio Borini?

Sunderland will reportedly need to pay more than £10m to Liverpool in order to sign Fabio Borini this summer.

Liverpool could reportedly consider selling Fabio Borini to Sunderland should the North-East outfit pay more than £10m for the forward.

Borini impressed at the Stadium of Light after scoring 10 goals in a nine-month loan stint last season.

While Sunderland are said to be considering a permanent offer for the 23-year-old, Liverpool are likely to only listen to bids higher than the £10.5m they paid to Roma for the player in 2012, according to the Northern Echo.

Reports have claimed that Reds manager Brendan Rodgers is keen to see how Borini performs in pre-season before making a decision on his future.
