Preview: Hull City vs. Stoke City

Sports Mole previews the match at the KC Stadium between Hull City and Stoke City.

Hull City manager Steve Bruce will revert back to the team that registered an opening-day victory over Queens Park Rangers for their home game with Stoke City.

Bruce made nine changes for their Europa League encounter against Lokeren on Thursday, but the players who missed that match are expected to return as the Tigers look to make it two wins in a row.

However, winger Robert Snodgrass will miss out after dislocating his kneecap at Loftus Road, which has ruled him out until next year.

Stoke boss Mark Hughes must decide whether to keep faith with the team that began last week's defeat to Aston Villa at the Britannia Stadium.

Striker Peter Crouch and new signing Victor Moses are both pushing for a start, but Hughes is likely to hand a second chance to Mame Biram Diouf.

Midfielder Steve Sidwell, who arrived from Fulham in the summer, could replace Glenn Whelan.
