Tony Pulis has revealed that he considers points gained away from home "a bonus" for Stoke City in the final games of the season.
The Potters, who are at Everton tomorrow, have claimed just nine points away from the Britannia Stadium this season.
The manager told the club's website: "The four home games are massive for us and they really hold the key.
"We've got some tough away matches, starting this weekend, and any points that we get in those games will be a bonus. That doesn't mean to say that we won't go to Everton with a positive attitude, but we all know how difficult it's going to be.
"We want to get to 40 points as quickly as we can, we've got four big games at home and they're the games in which we're looking to pick up the points because we've only lost twice at home this season which is not a bad record."
Stoke are currently 11th in the Premier League table, seven points clear of the relegation zone.
