Queens Park Rangers manager Harry Redknapp is reportedly keen to be reunited with French defender William Gallas.
Redknapp managed to convince the 35-year-old to switch Arsenal for rivals Tottenham Hotspur on a free transfer during the summer of 2010.
Now in charge of struggling QPR, Redknapp is said to have made signing an experienced centre-back his main priority, particularly after Ryan Nelsen made the decision to take over as manager of Toronto FC.
Having considered a number of options, Redknapp has turned his attention to Gallas, according to the London Evening Standard.
The report has claimed that Redknapp is hopeful of taking advantage of the fact that Gallas's contract at White Hart Lane is due to expire at the end of the season.
