Manchester City and Tottenham Hotspur are reportedly among the clubs keeping tabs on Toulouse forward Adil Taoui.
The 17-year-old's form at youth level is understood to have caught the attention of a number of clubs, including Premier League champions City and top-four hopefuls Tottenham.
News outlet Foot Mercato reports that the English duo are considering formal approaches for the youngster when the January transfer window reopens.
Taoui is yet to make his senior debut for Toulouse and could be available for just €5m (4.4m) during the upcoming window.
The French youth international is contracted to the Ligue 1 outfit until June 2021, but is thought to be open to the idea of moving to the Premier League.
