Mauricio Pochettino has said that the "atmosphere is better" in the Tottenham Hotspur camp a fortnight on from their FA Cup exit at the hands of Manchester United.
The Lilywhites' hopes of claiming some silverware this season were ended at Wembley Stadium on April 21 after throwing away a one-goal lead to lose 2-1.
Spurs then had nine days to reflect on the loss prior to their home match with Watford, which finished in a 1-0 victory, and Pochettino now hopes to end the campaign on a high by sealing a Champions League spot.
"I think to finish in the top four is a massive success for the club," he told reporters ahead of Saturday's trip to West Bromwich Albion. "After the defeat in the FA Cup, it was too difficult to manage the week.
"It was a long week until we played again [against Watford]. It wasn't an easy week. This week was much better, the atmosphere is better. The players feel they have more energy and it's changed the dynamic."
Tottenham follow up their meeting with West Brom by taking on Newcastle United and Leicester City at Wembley Stadium.
