Tottenham Hotspur are reportedly confident of fending off interest from Real Madrid and Paris Saint-Germain for the services of boss Mauricio Pochettino.
The Lilywhites are understood to be in the process of finalising terms on a new contract for the 46-year-old, worth around £8.5m a year.
Pochettino's stock has continued to rise during his four years in North London, leading to rumoured interest from Madrid and PSG as they consider making managerial changes.
According to The Telegraph, however, Spurs intend to make the Argentine one of the best-paid bosses in the Premier League, while further tempting him to agree fresh terms by offering new deals to an array of star players.
Dele Alli, Harry Kane, Jan Vertonghen, Hugo Lloris, Son Heung-min and Christian Eriksen are all said to be in line for pay rises in the coming year.
Spurs can move third in the table should they win their game in hand on Liverpool, and also have an FA Cup semi-final against Manchester United to look forward to.
