Scott Parker believes that Tottenham Hotspur have enough quality to overcome their negative slump in the Premier League.

Tottenham Hotspur midfielder Scott Parker has dismissed suggestions that the North London outfit are feeling the pressure as they head into the home stretch of the season.

Harry Redknapp's side have slipped behind their local rivals Arsenal into fourth place, despite a substantial lead earlier in the campaign.

When asked if the pressure has got to the London side, Parker replied: "No, not really. It's like anything in general life. You need to stay positive.

"We all knew we were on a bad run but we need to keep believing in what we are doing and hopefully it will turn.

"At some point in the season, you are going to go through a bit of a bad patch. It's just about how quickly you can come out of it."

Spurs failed to find the net during their draw with Chelsea on Saturday.
