Steven Gerrard has pulled out of the MLS All-Star squad to face Tottenham Hotspur due to injury.
The former England captain was named in the side to face Spurs shortly after beginning his LA Galaxy career, but he has been forced to miss Tuesday night's game in Denver.
There has also been another setback for head coach Pablo Mastroeni, who will also be without Gerrard's teammate and former Spurs striker Robbie Keane, while Toronto midfielder Michael Bradley and Chris Tierney are also unavailable.
Gerrard was the selection of MLS commissioner Don Garber, but he joins fellow pick Frank Lampard on the list of players who will skip the match.
Galaxy's Juninho and Gyasi Zardes and Columbus Crew duo Ethan Finley and Waylon Francis have been called up to the squad as replacements for the injured quartet.
