Tottenham Hotspur manager Mauricio Pochettino to make late call on Dele Alli

Tottenham Hotspur boss Mauricio Pochettino says that he will make a late decision on whether or not to play Dele Alli, who hurt his ankle at the weekend.

Tottenham Hotspur manager Mauricio Pochettino has claimed that he will make a late call on whether or not to play Dele Alli in tomorrow night's Premier League match against West Ham United at Upton Park.

The England international played in Sunday's 2-1 win over Swansea City, but struggled throughout with an ankle problem after he kicked into the ground during the warm-up at White Hart Lane.

Pochettino recently suggested that he intends to rest some of his players, but will not make a decision until tomorrow.

"Alli had problems before and during the game," the Argentine told reporters. "He's okay but we'll assess tomorrow and decide."

The midfielder has scored seven goals this season.
