Paco Alcacer has been named in Vicente del Bosque's starting lineup for Spain's Euro 2016 qualifier against Macedonia this evening.
The Valencia forward, who only made his international debut last week, replaces Chelsea's Diego Costa, who misses out with a hamstring injury.
Alcacer will be partnered up front by Pedro Rodriguez, while David Silva, Cesc Fabregas and Raul Albiol are also included.
Meanwhile, Macedonia have named just one striker in their starting XI, with Adis Jahovic leading the attack, with support from Aleksandar Trajkovski and Stefan Spirovski.
