Sheffield Wednesday chase Kamil Zayatte

Sheffield Wednesday manager Dave Jones has revealed that the club are in talks with former Hull City defender Kamil Zayatte.

Zayatte made 79 appearances for the Tigers between 2008 and 2011, and Jones is hopeful that the Owls can sign the Guinea international before the start of the Championship campaign.

The 56-year-old told BBC Radio Sheffield: "We are in talks with his advisors and hopefully we can do something there."

The 28-year-old has played for Istanbul BB for the past 18 months.
