La Liga club-by-club transfer latest: July 9

Sports Mole takes a look at the recent transfer rumours from Spain's top flight.

The World Cup might currently be stealing the limelight, but that has not stopped all 20 La Liga clubs attempting to improve their squads for the coming season.

Here, Sports Mole has rounded up all the latest rumours and done deals from Spain's top flight.

Almeria

Almeria have already lost Aleix Vidal to Sevilla this summer, with the 24-year-old moving to the Estadio Ramon.

As part of the deal, Almeria managed to sign goalkeeper Julian Cuesta on a three-year contract. Meanwhile, 21-year-old midfielder Ivan Sanchez has joined from Atletico Madrid's reserve side.

Ximo Navarro and Tomer Hemed have also both joined from Mallorca.

The latest player to arrive at the club is Thailand international Teersail Dangda, who has joined from Muangthong United.

Athletic Bilbao

Bilbao have lost Ander Herrera to Manchester United this summer, with the Spaniard signing a long-term deal with the Premier League outfit.

However, fellow Spanish talent Iker Muniain has signed a new long-term deal until 2017.

French centre-back Aymeric Laporte is widely regarded as one of the best young defenders in European football and has been strongly linked with a move to Barcelona, but the player's release clause has recently been increased to £34m.

Enric Saborit and Xabi Etxeita, meanwhile, have both reportedly been made available for transfer this summer, with Elche linked with the pair.

Atletico Madrid

Earlier today, Bayern Munich confirmed that they had reached an agreement with Atletico for the transfer of Croatian forward Mario Manduzkic, who will complete a move to the Vicente Calderon once personal terms have been agreed.

Atletico are also reportedly interested in signing Torino winger Alessio Cerci this summer.

Diego Costa has already moved on to Chelsea this summer and could soon be joined by left-back Filipe Luis, although it is understood that the two clubs are still some way apart in terms of price.

Miranda, however, is expected to remain with the La Liga champions despite strong interest from Manchester United and Barcelona. As it stands, the Brazilian's buy-out clause is around £24m.

French midfielder Joshua Guilavogui has also been linked with a move to Marseille, while Cristian Rodriguez has admitted that he expects to leave the club this summer.

Skipper Gabi, meanwhile, has signed a new long-term deal with the club.

Despite the imminent signing of Mandzukic, at least one more new striker is expected to arrive, with Chelsea's Romelu Lukaku and Manchester City's Alvaro Negredo both linked with the Vicente Calderon.

It is understood that Negredo is prepared to take a pay cut in order to secure a move, but a loan move for Lukaku is also reportedly high on the agenda.

It has also been reported that Atletico are desperate to sign Benfica goalkeeper Jan Oblak.

Barcelona

Barcelona's move for Liverpool forward Luis Suarez continues to gather pace, but despite reports of an already-agreed price, it is understood that the two clubs are still some way apart.

Bids of £63m and £70m have both been mooted, but as of yet, there is no deal between the two.

Xavi's future also remains uncertain, but Barcelona sporting director Andoni Zubizarreta has claimed that the veteran could yet remain at the Camp Nou.

Alexis Sanchez, meanwhile, is seemingly close to joining Arsenal after turning down interest from Liverpool. The Chilean's agent is believed to have held talks with the Gunners this week.

Barcelona have also reportedly joined the race for Borussia Dortmund centre-back Mats Hummels.

Valencia have told Barcelona that there is no movement on the price of Jeremy Mathieu, whose release clause stands in the region of £17m. Fiorentina's Juan Cuadrado, however, is believed to be keen on a move to the Camp Nou this summer.

Third-choice goalkeeper Joel Matip, meanwhile, has signed a new long-term contract.

In terms of outgoings, 18-year-old Adama Traore is reportedly the subject of interest from a number of La Liga and Premier League clubs, but Pedro now seems certain to stay at the Camp Nou.

Celta Vigo

Celta recently announced that that they have signed Gustavo Cabral on a permanent deal after the Argentine spent the last two seasons on loan in Vigo.

Sergi Gomez has also joined from Barcelona B, while Pablo Hernandez has moved from O'Higgins.

Joining Gomez at Celta from Barcelona B is Carles Planas, who has signed a three-year contract.

In terms of departures, Nolito has been linked with former club Barcelona and Sevilla are reportedly interested in Celta goalkeeper Yoel.

Jonathan Vila, meanwhile, has had his contract terminated, ending a 14-year stay with the club.

Cordoba

Next season will be the first time Cordoba have been in Spain's top flight since 1972 and they could be joined in La Liga by Barcelona midfielder Jonathan dos Santos.

Deivid, meanwhile, has joined from Las Palmas on a two-year deal.

Florin Andone has also arrived from Villarreal, while Pedro Sanchez has insisted that he wants to stay with the club this summer despite strong outside interest.

Cordoba have also been linked with a move for former Real Betis defender Javi Chica, but will reportedly face strong interest from Eibar.

Deportivo La Coruna

On Tuesday, the club's board took the surprising decision to sack head coach Fernando Vasquez, despite the Spaniard leading Deportivo back into La Liga.

In terms of incomings, PAOK winger Lucas Perez has also been linked with the club, as has Barcelona winger Isaac Cuenca, with some reports claiming that a deal has already been agreed with the Spaniard.

Deportivo are also believed to be in the market for Wolfsburg's Ibrahim Sissoko, but wage demands have stopped Jose Carlos joining on a free transfer.

Eibar

Eibar have recently completed their first signing of the summer, with midfielder Javi Lara joining from Ponferradina.

Club captain Txema Anibarro has signed a new deal, but Raul Navas is expected to move on to Real Sociedad, with Pablo Hervias possibly moving in the opposite direction.

Eibar have also been strongly linked with Athletic Bilbao pair Saborit and Etxeita, while former Real Betis defender Javi Chica is also believed to be a target.

Elche

Talk of a permanent move for Sevilla's Manu del Moral, who spent last season on loan with Elche, has gathered pace, with the striker admitting that he does not expect to represent his parent club next season.

Carlos Sanchez's performances in Colombia's World Cup campaign, meanwhile, have reportedly attracted a host of interest, with the midfielder available for as little as £4m.

Pedro Mosquera has also arrived on a free transfer from Getafe and he has been joined by Polish goalkeeper Przemyslaw Tyton, who has moved on loan from PSV Eindhoven.

Espanyol

Transfer business has already been completed this summer, with Anaitz Arbilla joining the Barcelona-based side on a free from Rayo Vallecano.

Experienced midfielder Salva Sevilla has also joined on a free transfer from Real Betis.

In terms of outgoings, goalkeeper Kiko Casilla is highly-rated in La Liga, with Real Sociedad reportedly preparing a move for the 27-year-old.

Christian Stuani had been expected to move on after the World Cup, but the player's agent has recently hinted that the striker could now remain with the club.

Ecuador's World Cup star Enner Valencia, meanwhile, has also been linked with the Spanish side.

Getafe

First-choice goalkeeper Miguel Moya has departed for Atletico Madrid this summer, leaving the capital outfit in the market for a new stopper this summer, with Valencia's Vicente Guaita believed to be their main target.

That said, 33-year-old stopper Jonathan Lopez announced earlier this week that he had joined Getafe following a spell in Greece with Veria FC.

Getafe will also reportedly battle Almeria for the services of Real Murcia striker Kike, while Atletico youngster Javi Manquillo is believed to be close to joining the club on loan.

Pedro Leon has also been linked with a move to Sevilla, with Jairo Samperio moving in the opposite direction. Osasuna pair Alejandro Arribas and Andres Fernandez have also been linked with Getafe over the past week.

Granada

Granada recently announced that SC Braga winger Juan Perez had joined the club on loan and that was quickly followed by the news that Javi Marquez had moved from Mallorca.

Granada are also believed to be interested in signing Blackburn Rovers forward Ruben Rochina, who spent the second half of last season on loan at Rayo Vallecano, who have not reportedly taken up their option to make the move permanent.

In terms of outgoings, there are also doubts over the future of right-back Allan Nyom, who impressed for Cameroon at the World Cup.

Brayan Angulo has been linked with a move to Bulgarian side Ludogorets, meanwhile, but there has been good news on the youth front, with highly-rated midfielder Hector Yuste signing a new two-year contract extension with the Spanish club.

Levante

New boss Jose Luis Mendilibar's toughest task this summer will be to fight off interest in Costa Rican goalkeeper Keylor Navas, who is now regarded as one of the best stoppers in European football.

A brilliant performance in Costa Rica's sensational World Cup campaign has not made his task any easier, with a number of clubs monitoring proceedings.

As it stands, Atletico Madrid are understood to lead the race, but Bayern Munich and Porto have also been strongly linked with a move.

Transfer business has already been completed, however, with Jaime Gavilan joining from Getafe on an initial one-year deal, with the option of two additional years.

Malaga

On Tuesday, it was confirmed that Malaga had sold Argentine goalkeeper Willy Caballero to Manchester City following a long summer of speculation.

Malaga also announced that Ivory Coast international Arthur Boka had joined on a free transfer, with the Spanish club beating a host of clubs to the left-back's signature.

Venezuelan international Roberto Rosales, meanwhile, has arrived from Dutch side FC Twente on a three-year deal.

A permanent move for Nordin Amrabat, who spent last season on loan from Galatasaray, is reportedly unlikely with his Turkish club keen on keeping the attacker, but Luis Alberto has moved to Malaga on loan from Liverpool.

Recio is also expected to remain on loan at Malaga from Granada, while Barcelona's Bojan has also been linked with a move to La Rosaleda.

Rayo Vallecano

An earlier report claimed that Rayo Vallecano had just seven first-team players tied down for the new season, but Paco Jemez has been busy over the last few weeks.

Antonio Amaya and Derek Boateng have arrived from Real Betis and Fulham respectively, while Real Madrid Castilla right-back Quini has also joined the capital outfit.

Manucho, meanwhile, has joined on a free transfer from Real Valladolid, while Rayo are also believed to be interested in Chelsea's Gael Kakuta.

Two more players also recently arrived, with Jorge Morcillo joining from Recreativo de Huelva on a three-year deal and Jozabed Sanchez from Real Jaen. Tito has also signed a new deal with the capital outfit.

Rayo are also reportedly interested in signing goalkeeper Cristian Alverez from San Lorenzo, but Adrian Gonzalez has departed Rayo for Elche.

Real Madrid

Head coach Carlo Ancelotti has said that there will be no business at the Bernabeu until after the World Cup.

Their first major signing of the summer is expected to be Toni Kroos, with the Bayern Munich midfielder strongly linked with a move over the last few days.

Strong reports of a move for Monaco forward Radamel Falcao have also emerged, but Los Blancos are expected to fail in their attempts to sign teammate James Rodriguez.

In terms of outgoings, Sami Khedira has been linked with a move to the Premier League, with Madrid reportedly setting the German international's price at £32m.

Angel di Maria continues to be linked with a move to Manchester United, while Alvaro Morata's agent has claimed that the striker is close to joining Juventus.

Spanish defender Nacho, however, has signed a new six-year deal with the capital outfit.

Real Sociedad

Antoine Griezmann, who scored 20 times last season, continues to be linked with a host of European clubs, but the Frenchman has recently hinted that he could sign a new deal with the Basque club.

Goalkeeper Claudio Bravo, however, has officially departed the club for Barcelona, with Sociedad reportedly interested in signing Valencia's Vicente Guaita as the Chilean's replacement.

However, it has also been claimed that Ander Bardaji will be given the chance to step into the Sociedad first team next season.

Sevilla

It is understood that Sevilla have entered the race for Marseille midfielder Mathieu Valbuena, who starred at the World Cup for France this summer.

Spanish international Alberto Moreno, who is a target for Liverpool, now looks likely to remain at the Estadio Ramon, however, with talks reportedly breaking down.

Tottenham Hotspur have reportedly entered the race for Moreno, but Sevilla president Jose Castro has insisted that the left-back will not leave unless his full release clause is met.

Alberto Botia, meanwhile, who spent last season on loan at Elche, has vowed to fight for his spot in the XI this season.

Sevilla have also been linked with Celta Vigo goalkeeper Yoel, while Juventus midfielder Fausto Rossi, who spent last season with Real Valladolid, has recently talked up a move.

Valencia

Valencia recently took the surprising decision to sack head coach Juan Antonio Pizzi after just half a season at the helm.

Following Peter Lim's successful takeover of the club, Valencia have transfer funds to spend this summer and it is understood that the powers-that-be were not convinced by Pizzi's list of targets.

A move for Marseille attacker Valbuena has seemingly stalled, while there was also bad news regarding Juan Bernat, with the talented 21-year-old moving on to Bayern Munich on a long-term deal.

Valencia are believed to be interested in experienced Argentine midfielder Esteban Cambiasso, who recently departed Inter Milan. Dani Ramirez is also expected to arrive from Real Madrid C, while Atletico Madrid's Adrian Lopez is also a reported target.

Brazilian goalkeeper Diego Alves, meanwhile, has signed a new five-year contract.

In terms of outgoings, Adil Rami and Jonas have both been left off the squad list for the upcoming tour, while Sofiane Feghouli has been linked with a move to AC Milan.

Villarreal

On Tuesday, Villarreal officially announced the signing of Antonio Rukavina from Real Valladolid following weeks of speculation.

Giovani dos Santos proved key for Villarreal last season, with his form also aiding talk of a move, but the Mexican, along with the likes of Bruno and Cani, seem unlikely to leave despite interest, with club CEO Fernando Roig Nogueroles recently claiming that the club are confident of keeping their key players this summer.

However, French forward Jeremy Perbet revealed earlier this week that he is leaving the Yellow Submarine this summer.

In terms of incomings, Barcelona midfielder Jonathan dos Santos has been linked with a loan move, as has Atletico Madrid defender Toby Alderweireld, who wants first-team football next season.
