Rayo Vallecano came from behind to record a 2-1 victory at Municipal de Ipurua this evening and extend Eibar's winless La Liga run to 11 matches.
Two goals in the final five minutes of the first half cancelled out Mikel Arruabarrena's penalty and earned Rayo three points which send them into the top half of the table.
Eibar had two good chances to take the lead inside the opening half-hour as Federico Piovaccari struck straight at Cristian Alvarez, and Eneko Boveda headed just wide of the post from Saul Berjon's set-piece delivery.
Alvarez came charging off his line to bring down Piovaccari and give the hosts their best opportunity yet, and Arruabarrena converted coolly from the spot to put Eibar in front.
Vallecano were level within six minutes as Alberto Bueno nodded home an inviting cross from Tito for his 16th of the season - a tally which puts him behind only Lionel Messi, Cristiano Ronaldo and Neymar in the La Liga goalscoring charts.
A rapid Rayo response was completed only three minutes later as Manucho powered another fine cross, this time from Jozabed, beyond the reach of Jaime.
The Eibar goalkeeper was equal to a similar Manucho effort late into a second half of very few opportunities to prevent the game from getting out of his side's reach.
However, the hosts were unable to create chances at the other end, and their frustrations boiled over when Raul Navas was sent off for protesting his yellow card five minutes into stoppage time of Eibar's ninth defeat in 10 games.
