Napoli have bolstered their squad with the signing of Brazilian playmaker Jorginho from Hellas Verona on a contract that runs until June 2018.
Jorginho, 22, joins the Partenopei for an undisclosed fee having made 89 league appearances in three seasons at Verona, helping the club to promotion last term.
He has scored seven goals in 18 Serie A starts this season, helping the Gialloblu into sixth place in the league.
Napoli president Aurelio de Laurentiis wrote on Twitter: "Welcome, Jorginho! Your freshness will be useful to [Rafael] Benitez and the whole squad."
Benitez's side, currently third in Serie A, will be taking on Swansea City in the Europa League round of 32, with the first leg in Wales in a month's time.
