Team News: Rafael Cabral starts for Napoli with Pepe Reina still struggling

Pepe Reina misses his third game in a row for Napoli as they welcome Inter Milan to the Stadio San Paolo this evening.

Gonzalo Higuain will lead the line for Napoli with support from Dries Mertens, Jose Maria Callejon and Lorenzo Insigne for tonight's Serie A clash with Inter Milan.

Pepe Reina is still missing with a muscle injury, meaning that Rafael Cabral deputises in goal for the third game running, while Anthony Reveillere starts just his second game for the club.

Yuto Nagatomo returns for the visitors, with Mario Icardi also fit enough for a place on the bench.

Rodrigo Palacio will start in attack, with Ricky Alvarez and Fredy Guarin providing an attacking threat from midfield.
