Manchester United have reportedly been handed a boost in their efforts to sign Real Madrid defender Sergio Reguilon.
Despite having starred on loan at Sevilla last season, Reguilon remains behind Marcelo and Ferland Mendy in the pecking order at the Bernabeu.
That has led to widespread interest in his signature, including from United who have been holding negotiations with officials at the La Liga champions.
One potential stumbling block has emerged, however, with Real preferring to include a buy-back clause in any deal for the 23-year-old.
However, according to El Desmarque, Los Blancos head coach Zinedine Zidane is prepared to conclude negotiations without United having to meet those demands.
The Premier League giants are hoping to sign the Spaniard for a fee in the region of £25m.
