Borussia Dortmund winger Jadon Sancho has 'unofficially confirmed' that he will join Manchester United this summer, according to a report.
The 20-year-old has become one of the most sought-after prospects in football following his performances throughout the 2019-20 campaign, having registered 14 goals and 16 assists in 23 Bundesliga appearances.
Manchester United have reportedly emerged as the frontrunners for Sancho's signature, although Chelsea and Liverpool continue to be linked with a move for the England international.
However, according to the Irish Independent, Sancho has privately confirmed that he is set to make a return to Manchester and allegedly has no interest in a reunion with former club Manchester City.
The report also suggests that Marcus Rashford has played a key role in convincing Ole Gunnar Solskjaer to take the winger on board, and the Englishman will reportedly join regardless of whether or not United can secure Champions League football for next season.
Sancho's current deal at Dortmund will expire in 2022.
