Manchester United are reportedly keen to bring Nani back to the club in January after deciding to offload the winger to Sporting Lisbon on a season-long loan in the summer.
The Portugal international, who fell down the pecking order at Old Trafford, returned to his former club as part of the deal which took Marcos Rojo to Old Trafford.
However, according to Goal.com, manager Louis van Gaal believes that Nani will fit into his system and has been impressed by the 27-year-old's form.
Nani has scored six times in 13 appearances for Sporting and has played a role in more than half of the team's goals since his arrival.
