Manchester United, Chelsea and Tottenham Hotspur are all believed to be tracking Lucas Silva.
The 21-year-old playmaker was linked with Barcelona earlier this summer after impressing with his performances for Cruzeiro in the Brazilian league.
While Barca's interest in Silva appears to have waned, plenty of Europe's top clubs, including three of the Premier League's elite and Atletico Madrid, are considering offers for him, according to Sky Sports News.
Silva has represented Brazil at Under-20 level, but has yet to be capped by the senior side.
