Bayern Munich forward Thomas Muller has admitted that he is paying little attention to the "crazy" rumours surrounding a prospective move to Manchester United.
Speculation is rife that the Red Devils are willing to splash out £71m in order to sign the 25-year-old, who is reportedly interested in moving to Old Trafford.
However, Muller, who previously worked with United coach Louis van Gaal at Bayern, played down such a move by insisting that rumours are par for the course in top-level football.
"It's basically crazy, the current numbers being talked about in football," he told the Bundesliga Aktuell television show.
"That's just the nature of the business, though, therefore I'm very relaxed.
"In Dresden a fan recently approached me with a megaphone and said 'Hey Mr €100 million man, how much is your jersey worth?' I just smiled."
Muller is contracted to the Allianz Arena club until 2019.
