Juventus defender Matthijs de Ligt has reportedly indicated that he would prefer a move to Manchester City over Manchester United.
The Dutchman continues to be linked with a move away from Turin despite having two years left to run on his current contract.
Juventus are reportedly keen to extend De Ligt's stay in Italy, but no agreement has yet been reached regarding a contract extension.
Man United and Chelsea are credited with showing an interest in the centre-back, while a recent report indicated that Man City are also looking to bring the Netherlands international to the Premier League.
According to the Manchester Evening News, De Ligt is open to joining four European clubs, including the Premier League champions.
Liverpool, Paris Saint-Germain and Real Madrid are the other sides that the defender would be prepared to sign for, but Man United have been overlooked.
De Ligt, who joined Juventus in 2019, has appeared 117 times for the Old Lady, chipping in with eight goals.
