Manchester United could move for Swansea City centre-back Joe Rodon this summer, according to a report.

Manchester United are reportedly preparing a summer move for Swansea City centre-back Joe Rodon.

The 22-year-old, who came through the youth system at the Liberty Stadium, has made 21 Championship appearances for the Swans during the 2019-20 campaign.

According to the Manchester Evening News, Swansea believe that Premier League interest will arrive during this summer's transfer window, and United have been mentioned as potential suitors.

The report claims that the Steve Cooper's side 'expect' the 20-time English champions to be among the bidders for the Wales international ahead of the 2020-21 season.

Manchester City, though, have also been credited with an interest amid suggestions that the Championship side will listen to offers in the region of £20m.

Rodon's current deal at the Liberty Stadium is due to run until June 2022.
