Chelsea and Manchester United could reportedly lock horns for the signature of Fiorentina attacker Federico Chiesa during this summer's transfer window.
La Viola owner Rocco Commisso recently admitted that Chiesa could be sold ahead of the 2020-21 campaign.
The 22-year-old has again been in good form for his Italian club during the 2019-20 campaign, contributing seven goals and five assists in 26 appearances in all competitions.
According to the Daily Mail, both Chelsea and United are interested in signing the Italy international this summer and could battle for a deal ahead of next season.
The report, though, claims that Juventus and Inter Milan are also keen on a deal for the attacker.
United are believed to have scouted Chiesa 'as recently as February', while the Red Devils have allegedly noted that the player has been undertaking English lessons ahead of a potential Premier League switch.
