Manchester United and Tottenham Hotspur are both reportedly interested in signing Real Madrid playmaker James Rodriguez.
United are in the market for new additions having sold several players during the summer, while Spurs are eyeing potential replacements for key men who could leave in January.
According to El Desmarque, the respective situations at each of the Premier League giants could result in an approach for Rodriguez.
While the Colombia international has made five starts and four substitute outings in all competitions this season, Real are prepared to cash in on the 28-year-old.
Much will depend on whether Rodriguez sees his future in England, with the player having been previously linked to clubs in Spain and Italy.
Rodriguez has just over 18 months remaining on his contract at the Bernabeu.
