Manchester United will reportedly up their £12m offer for Everton's Leighton Baines to £20m.

Manchester United will reportedly return to Everton with an improved offer for full-back Leighton Baines.

David Moyes, who became the new United manager following 11 years at the helm of Goodison Park, appears to be determined to land the England international following a rejected £12m offer.

Despite the knock-back, it is understood that the Premier League champions will lodge a £20m bid to test Everton's resolve, according to the Liverpool Echo.

New Everton boss Roberto Martinez previously stated that Baines is an integral part of the team for the upcoming 2013-14 campaign.
