Manchester United are reportedly monitoring the situation of Valencia trio Jose Gaya, Carlos Soler and Ferran Torres ahead of the January transfer window.
United's main focus is Gaya, a left-back who has played a fundamental role for Valencia across five seasons after coming through the club's academy.
Having addressed the right-back role through signing Aaron Wan-Bissaka, the Red Devils are now on the search for a defender on the other side due to Luke Shaw's injury record and Ashley Young turning 34 in July.
According to The Mirror, United will keep a close eye on the Valencia trio as the January window approaches.
Soler, a nimble midfielder who can play further forward, has been on United's radar before and would serve to address an understaffed midfield at Old Trafford.
Torres, on the other hand, is a right-sided midfielder - a position United are keen on investing in - who could be seen as a cheaper alternative to Jadon Sancho.
