Barcelona reportedly inform Philippe Coutinho that they intend to sell him during the summer transfer window.

Barcelona have reportedly informed Philippe Coutinho that he can leave Camp Nou if they receive a bid of £77m.

While Coutinho has enjoyed a relatively successful period on loan at Bayern Munich, the Bundesliga leaders have no intention of taking up their £102m option on the player.

Given their desire to raise transfer funds for the summer transfer window, that has left Barcelona to consider their options regarding the future of the Brazil international.

According to The Express, the Catalan giants are willing to sell Coutinho for £77m, a significant drop on the £142m deal which they agreed with Liverpool in January 2018.

Despite strong interest in his signature, the likes of Manchester United and Chelsea must decide whether they are willing to use a large portion of their budget on the 27-year-old.

With Adam Lallana expected to leave Anfield on a free transfer, Liverpool have also been linked with a reunion with Coutinho.
