Manchester United manager Sir Alex Ferguson has praised the influence that Paul Scholes has had on his side since coming out of retirement in January.
The veteran midfielder has scored three goals in that time, including one during today's 2-0 victory over Queens Park Rangers.
"We've only dropped two points since he's come back into the fold and today was a typical Paul Scholes goal," said the United boss.
"He has scored three now since he's come back and you can see the control of the game, and the control of the tempo of the game, has never changed. He's a great, great player."
Scholes originally hung up his boots and the end of last season.
