MLS side Portland Timbers have reportedly identified Joleon Lescott as a potential addition to their squad during this summer's transfer window.
The defender is available on a free transfer after coming to the end of his contract with Manchester City, where he had spent five seasons.
According to ESPN, the Timbers have offered the 31-year-old a multi-million dollar contract to move to the American league.
Aston Villa, West Ham United and Queens Park Rangers have also been linked with the defender.
