Manchester City captain Vincent Kompany praises the attitude of his teammates against Norwich City earlier today.

Manchester City captain Vincent Kompany was pleased with the attitude of his teammates during this afternoon's 6-1 victory over Norwich City.

Carlos netted a hat-trick, while two goals from Sergio Aguero and a further strike from substitute Adam Johnson put City within two points of leaders Manchester United.

Speaking to Sky Sports News after the match, Kompany refused to be drawn on his side's chances of winning the title ahead of United.

"I've seen so many people fight on the pitch we gave everything today, and that is all I need so I am happy with that," said the Belgian defender.

"I think enough has been said and all we have to do is to go out there and play. Not too much talking, just perform."

Next up for City is a trip to Wolverhampton Wanders next Sunday.
