Liverpool midfielder Alberto Aquilani is reportedly in talks with Fiorentina.
The 28-year-old, who joined the Reds from Roma for a fee of £20m in August 2009, has spent the past two seasons on loan in Serie A - with Juventus, then AC Milan.
He was left out of Brendan Rodgers's squad for the 0-0 draw with Tottenham Hotspur last week because he was discussing a £7m permanent move to Florence, according to the Daily Mail.
Aquilani has made 18 Premier League appearances for Liverpool, scoring one goal.
