Liverpool's Glen Johnson and Fabio Aurelio resume training, while Daniel Agger is expected to be ruled out for "a few weeks" with a fractured rib.

Liverpool manager Kenny Dalglish has confirmed that Glen Johnson and Fabio Aurelio have resumed training after spells on the sidelines.

Reds full-back Johnson suffered a thigh injury during the 1-0 defeat at Stoke City a fortnight ago, while Aurelio has yet to feature for the Merseyside club this season.

"Fabio is back in training and Glen Johnson started light training," Dalglish said in a press conference.

Meanwhile, defender Daniel Agger is expected to miss a number of weeks due to a broken rib that he suffered in the club's 4-0 loss at Tottenham last Sunday.

"He has a fractured rib," Dalglish added. "There are varying lengths of time for people to get back from an injury like that.

"We'll just let it heal and take it as it comes. He'll certainly not be fit for a few weeks."

The Reds take on Wolverhampton Wanderers at Anfield this weekend in the Premier League.
