Nacer Chadli: 'Tottenham Hotspur aren't thinking about title'

Nacer Chadli insists that Tottenham Hotspur are not thinking about challenging for the title this season.

Nacer Chadli has insisted that he and his Tottenham Hotspur teammates aren't thinking about challenging for the Premier League title.

The Belgian winger claims that Spurs are focused on catching Champions League spot rivals Liverpool, who are three points above them in fourth place.

"We're not really looking at first or second place," Chadli told reporters. "All we're looking at is Liverpool because they're the team directly above us.

"As things stand, it's not a case of trying to go above Chelsea.

"We have to go to Liverpool in a few weeks' time and that will be a big examination."

Chadli came off the bench on Wednesday to score the final goal in a 4-0 victory over Newcastle United.
