Newcastle United have lined up a move for Leeds United winger Jack Harrison in the upcoming summer transfer window, according to a report.
The 25-year-old enjoyed another productive campaign in the Premier League this season, scoring eight league goals for the second successive year in the top flight.
The last of those goals came at Brentford on the final day of the season on Sunday, with Harrison's strike in the fourth minute of stoppage helping to seal Leeds' top-flight status.
However, although it is reported that any move for Harrison could be difficult as a result of Leeds' survival, The Telegraph suggest that Newcastle remain interested in the winger.
Harrison remains contracted at Elland Road until 2024, meaning a significant transfer fee is likely required to prize the Englishman away from the Yorkshire side in the coming months.
After spending three years on loan at Leeds from Manchester City between 2018 and 2021, the Premier League champions agreed to sanction a permanent move of around £11.5m last summer.
Meanwhile, the Magpies look set for a busy transfer window this summer following their Saudi-backed takeover towards the end of 2021.
