Sunderland midfielder Liam Bridcutt has extended his loan spell at Leeds United until the end of the season.
The 26-year-old joined the Championship outfit in November, initially on a six-week deal that would have seen him return to the Stadium of Light later this week.
However, he will now be available for Steve Evans until the end of the campaign having made eight appearances for the Yorkshire club so far.
Bridcutt has already expressed his desire to turn his temporary switch into a permanent one at Elland Road having struggled to hold down a regular first-team spot at Sunderland since his switch from Brighton & Hove Albion in January 2014.
Leeds currently sit 13th in the Championship table, nine points adrift of a playoff place.
